Create South East Alumni Case Study: Kalikas Armour
Medway based business Kalikas Armour, founded by Jatin Patel, is a luxurious British fashion label specialising in high quality conceptual design and bespoke, made to measure pieces with a unique aesthetic.
Having first joined the programme in 2023, Kalikas Armour progressed to the second stage of the investment readiness programme in 2024, developing their investment pitch and showcasing the business to investors, peers and stakeholders at the Create South East January event.

Founder and Creative Director, Jatin Patel, speaks in this new case study video about his experience on the programme, sharing that “I first wanted to join the Create South East Programme with the idea of wanting to grow, but I wasn’t sure how I wanted to do it, so the programme was a brilliant opportunity to consolidate everything. We could see what was possible, where we could go and who we could work with.”
“The next step for us is to build a new revenue stream and create a ready to wear collection that we’re intending to sell on the e-commerce side, as well as looking for wholesale partners. We really worked with our mentor on the programme to carve out that path and achieve those ambitions.”
This case study video, produced by Screen South and Klip Films, shares Jatin’s experience of the programme, the benefit he found from the networks, and the community he shared across the programme.
