Four of the businesses on our first cohort of the programme recently presented their pitches at our cohort showcase event.

On Tuesday the 19th of March, cohort members Studio Sam Causer, Globetrotter Television, Curious Families, and 24 Fingers, presented their business pitches at our cohort 1 showcase event.

From redesigning interactive museum and cultural engagement, to unique reimagining’s of marketing support for the new age, it was incredible to hear from our diverse range of businesses on their most recent pitching iterations, their ask and their ideas.

The showcase covered a vast range of creative subsectors including architecture, film & TV, marketing, and museum and culture, demonstrating the range in the creative sector across the South East, and involved in our programmes.

This event was also a celebration, as the first cohort of our businesses reaches the end of their time with us on the programme, we wanted to celebrate their progress over the last nine months. The event also included a creative panel discussion lead by our strategic lead, Dan Chilcott, and featuring Rahul Misra (Investment Manager, Creative UK), John Stenhouse (Angels@Essex) and Jean-Baptiste Thiebaut (Music HackSpace).

We look forward to tracking the progress of our first cohort after they leave the programme and wish them every success in the future.
