As a new season begins we want to take the time to introduce our team to you!

Here at Create South East we are all passionate about supporting creative businesses to thrive and getting to know our cohort companies, but we wanted to take the opportunity for you to get to know us as well.

Amelia De-Felice

Programme Manager

Amelia is our programme’s manager here at Create South East. She helps to organise the structure of the programme, programme content, and general updates.

Passionate about helping the Creative industries, Amelia comes with 15 years of experience in the arts sector. Having previously worked on programmes based in Cornwall and Plymouth, Amelia is bringing her programme expertise to the South East region.

Grace Hart

Programme Officer

Grace is our Programme Officer. She is focused on organising our programme applications, onboarding, and feedback. Grace is often connecting with our programme mentors and cohort to organise events and updates. Grace is also known to love a spreadsheet.

Grace’s experience comes from being a stage manager and creative producer across theatre productions as a Theatre and English student at the University of Bristol and has worked on performances at Edinburgh Fringe Festival, VAULT Festival and Camden Fringe Festival.

Dan Chilcott

As well as directing the strategic delivery of the programme, Dan engages with creative businesses across the region and champions the creative industries to investor communities.

Dan’s creative background is informed by craft and collaboration. He grew up above his mum’s wool shop, studied textiles design, and has a visual arts practice of participatory, site-specific installation and performance using knitting.

Reb is our newest member of the team, and works as our communications officer. She keeps up to date on all of our news and events. Reb keeps in contact with our programme businesses and mentors, sharing their updates, projects and programme milestones.
