Create South East programme members, Hatsumi, will be featuring their iconic Soul Paint demo at London Film Festival this October.
From Friday the 10th of October, Hatsumi‘s Soul Paint will be featured at the festivals interactive game lounge at the OXO Tower. The focus of this particular exhibit will be ‘explore how virtual and mixed reality can offer new perspectives on physical and mental health’ and Hatsumi will feature alongside three other incredible interactive experiences.
Soul Paint is described by the BFI as ‘sitting at the nexus of technology and healthcare’, Soul Paint ‘is an immersive journey, narrated by actor Rosario Dawson, in which audiences can explore and express their emotions and bodily sensations through body mapping, 3D drawing and movement.’
The exhibit comes at an exciting time for the business, who were previously awarded the XR experience award at this years South by Southwest (SXSW) festival in Austin, Texas and are continuing to blow audiences away, across the globe.
As well as the film festival, the team are about to embark on a world tour with Soul Paint. They are aiming to demonstrate the power of immersive technology on impacting our mental health for good and how they are developing a new wave of mental health support.
We can’t wait to visit them at the festival and are wishing them all the best with their upcoming projects.
